Light Farms Plans New Neighborhood for Empty Nesters
By Steve Brown, The Dallas Morning News Celina’s Light Farms community in Collin County, already one of North Texas’ most successful residential projects, hopes to woo older buyers with a new neighborhood. The 1,070-acre development is adding a phase of housing for active older residents. Called Sweetwater, the neighborhood will have single-story homes built by Taylor Morrison.
