PSW Homes Comes to West Dallas Austin-based PSW Homes is planning to build a 60-home residential community just north of the Belmont Hotel near Sylvan Avenue. The neighborhood of small houses is planned for a 5-acre site at Seale Street and Willomet Avenue. PSW’s Adam Stetson said the homes planned on the property will be priced at less than $300,000 and will range in size from 1,700 to 1,800 square feet. “The site has great views of downtown Dallas,” said Stetson, who presented plans for the project at last week’s meeting of the West Dallas Chamber of Commerce.
