PSW Homes Comes to West Dallas Austin-based PSW Homes is planning to build a 60-home residential community just north of the Belmont Hotel near Sylvan Avenue. The neighborhood of small houses is planned for a 5-acre site at Seale Street and Willomet Avenue.
